Oolong Tea - Light Oxidation - Medium Roast
Fresh, Smooth, and Floral
This single origin Taiwanese Qingxin Oolong is harvested, oxidized, rolled, and dark roasted in small batches by hand. To better preserve the smoothness and fragrance of the tea leaves, it is roasted with longan wood (龍眼木炭) by artisan tea makers in Nantou (南投) Taiwan.
Qingxin Oolong is a kind of Oolong that has more tender leaves and is best when mildly oxidized. Hence it is usually greener and fresher than other types of Oolong.
The brewed tea is amber in color with a fresh but smooth taste. The aftertaste is long lasting with a floral note.

Brewing Instruction
- For traditional tea pot brewing, 1:4 tea to tea pot-size ratio and boiling water
- For mug brewing, add one HeChaBa tea sachet or 3.5g or 2tsp of tea in a mug and pour in 250ml or 8oz of boiling water. Brew it according to your preference!
