Brewing Instruction

TRADITOINAL TEA POT BREWING (茶壺)

- Tea Amount ~ use a 1:4 tea to tea pot-size ratio

- Water Temperature ~ boiling water

- Steeping Time ~ 1st brew: 60s (most fragrant)

                          ~ 2nd brew: 30s (strongest)

                          ~ 3+ brews: increase 15s each time

MUG BREWING (茶杯)

- Add one HeChaBa tea sachet or 3.5g or 2tsp of tea in a mug and pour in 250ml or 8oz of boiling water. Brew it according to your preference!
